The Conquer Philosophy

Fear Is A Liar - It will tell you that you can’t, you are not good enough, strong enough, you don’t look like them, you should leave, you should stop. It’s lying, refuse to give in.

  • You are much stronger than you think you are and far more capable of accomplishing big goals!

  • You must work for change; it won’t just come to you.

  • Set goals, create steps to achieve those goals, each day work towards those goals and celebrate every single victory, no matter how small.

  • Become comfortable with discomfort – that is where change happens.

  • Offer forgiveness to yourself for missed workouts, eating more then you wanted, and all the other “mistakes” you believe you have made along the way. Perfection is not necessary, learning and growing is.

  • Be prepared to have life throw everything at you to keep from reaching your goals. Make the decision now that this is the goal you are working towards and that no matter what, you will get there. Once that decision is made you will set your life up to make that happen.

  • Most importantly, look in the mirror and know that you are worth it! Your health and your fitness must be a priority or you will not be able to live life to its fullest and be here for the long haul. “Selfish in health, Selfless in life!”
